None. It was just my thoughts on trying to help others who might be going through a rough patch, and that help in talking to the professionals can indeed help.

Oh I see! Yes, I agree, talking with a professional can be really helpful - I've been client and therapist and know how helpful such a relationship can be.

Never be afraid too ask for help it's there for a reason if you can open up talking about your feelings
