On my way back to me

Hi all, I would like to say a huge Thankyou to those who responded to my emails when I was at my lowest. Finally it feels I am on my way back up, exercising is what I feel has helped lift me, as well as my beautiful dogs and walking them. I will stay for a little while, I have learnt so much from you all, I can't thank you enough. At my lowest, I did contemplate suicide and I don't feel like that any more. If anybody wants to get in touch, please do, I am happy to help anyone who feels like they need some support. Again, Thankyou all for this forum, you have no idea how much you have helped me. Xxx
