Worrying Poo can anyone help?

I'm 25 and fairly healthy but in the last 6 months I've noticed red patches in my poo, (I have attached a photo sorry) this doesn't occur on every stool but I'd say I've noticed it around 6 times in the last 6 months. I don't know whether it's blood and I should be concerned or whether it's undigested food. Any clarity anyone could provide would be amazing

Any possibility of blood in faeces should by investigated as a matter of urgency. Please see a doctor as soon as you can.

Do you have any other symptoms? Nonetheless, you need to see your doctor about this. It’s not normal. You know that.

No point seeing doctors they won’t do nothing

Not sure that is completely true.

I'm not one to dismiss or be critical of others' posts, but that is ridiculous. This gentleman needs to be encouraged to seek proper medical advice, and not discouraged from doing so. When I had similar symptoms, my GP was wonderful, and the problem was diagnosed as ulcerative colitis, which is now being well controlled. Hopefully Hughes1995's condition will be nothing significant, but he needs to find out.

If you have had a bad experience, that's very unfortunate, but come on, let's be encouraging and not the opposite.
