itchy spot on penis base

have got this shit long ago..i think more than 1 year already..my doc ask to use fucidin cream and it work.. 1 or 2 month later it come back and that fucidin cream are not effective anymore..

atlete foot cream, vaseline noy helping also..anyone know what this is?hv no idea now
