Scrotum goes pink and looks shiny when I scratch it, other times my scrotum has a cut but looks shiny (watery shiny ifygm)

Whenever i scratch my Scrotum it goes pink for some reason. It goes light pink and it looks shiny as if there is liquid on it. When i touch it, theres no liquid. But my scrotum goes pink idk why.

It goes pink when I scratch. When i scratch for a longer peroid of time, it results into a cut. The cut is tiny but it live skin so I can sorta feel it. I can ignore it but the idea of the cut being there scares me.

I haven't got any STDs because i am a virgin and i am also 21.

Its the 2 shiny patches on my scrotum.
