Hey guys im on day 15 and I've been getting these hard erections at night or when ever I speak to a girl in my comfort zone, now I dnt wanna have sex or masturbation just want to know if its ok for me to let it erect if it does or do I still put ice water on it coz thats wat ive been doin sometimes it takes longer to calm down
