It seems to healed at day 15 but the stiches have caused me to heavily bleed and the scabbing made the skin area raw as the Dr at a hospital told me so I wanna get rid of the stitches as soon as possible. Can anyone tell me the best time to start bathing heavily?

When the stitches fall off you can start to bathe, 15-21 days post op.
I was taking short shallow baths on day three using emollient lotion and then gentle baby soap. Salt is also good.
