The foreskin to my penis is slightly not connected to the head of my penis. (The dog bit me and it ripped) and there's a hole about the size of the aux jack for your phone and now weird white stuff is comming out of the hole. Im kind of scared, is it an infection? fat from my penis? i have no idea.

It is very difficult to comment on descriptions like this. If you have an infection most probably you will have redness due to inflammation smelly puss and fever but once again I must stress out again that I am only commening on how to identify an infection. The best thing to do is to go and discuss your problems with your GP.

Its a hole on the seam of where the forskin connects to the head, you know when u pull it back u see the whole tip/gland? the seam is slightly disconnected in one area and white stuff comes out of it.

Anyway, if you have been bitten by a dog to the point where you were bleeding you should always seek medical help as it might need disinfecting. Even though dog saliva should be generally safe (provided the dog itself is not ill and hasn't been putting his mouth into any kind of "muck") it is an area that can get infected. Fat in your body isn't liquid so it is not "flowing" out of it.

If you have a punctured injury on your penis I would suggest visiting a urologist to make sure everything is ok and nothing else has been damaged.

It wasnt really a puncture so there wasnt bleeding, its just the skin was ripped... it happened because i was wearing a loose pair of shorts cause i was about to go shower but someone was in there so i walked downstairs to play with the dog and it just chomped it
