Penis after 11 hours of oral sex has extreme swollen skin around the head

Hi, as said in the title, my penis has its skin very swollen around the top, the cause is probably too vigorous oral sex and I didn't even pull back the skin up. Now I can't even pull it up because it's too swollen.
