I got circumcised a week ago due to a very bad case of phimosis and got a loose cut, thus allowing some of the skin to be retracted. Yesterday I sat down with a hefty ammount of vaseline as lube and tried to masturbate for an hour straight(while being mindful of not tearing my skin) , but never could come close to an orgasm. You really shouldn't masturbate 7 days post circumcision. It is recommended to not masturbate or have sex for 4-6 weeks post circumcision due to many reasons. It is going to do more damage than good and it is not hard to resist it. But hey, if an orgasm is worth extra days or weeks of healing and possible damage and complications then go for it. Up to you. I wouldn't suggest it though.
