Small spot on penis

I've had this spot on my penis for almost 2 years now I have tried to pop it but can't anymore recently a small spot similar has appeared kn my testicles

I have spot just like yours and has been there for about 2 years also. It does not hurt -- just sits there. Mine is at the base of my penis

It’s not herpes 😂 it’s either an in growing hair or a little skin cyst if it’s really bothering you just pop it 👍
