Prostate cancer is not detectable from outside the body. the symptoms of prostate problems are to do with frequent urination and not emptying the bladder fully, so that you have to make repeated visits to the loo, more noticeably at night. most prostate problems are not cancer at all, they relate to enlargement of the prostate that is partly blocking the urethra (the tube you piss through) see your doctor and get some tests done, it is not straightforward to diagnose but often easy to treat. GO NOW.
