It appears these bumpy skins could be due to imperfection during surgery or may be the dried up bundle knots of the strings stitches . If it is dry and no itching is there, no problem.Rather friction caused by these can be pleasure inside vagina muscles of your your partner when you insert her. Just have a visit to urologist to ensure it is not wart or herpes.If not relax and enjoy.May be you get more pleasure if the tongue of your partner licks these small things if she sucks the glans. Enjoy
