about 6 weeks ago i have noted the my right testicles is sit forward that the other one and some time when i sit down it can be painful till i move it just wanted to know if i need to go the dr or anything i can do about this

If the pain has been continuous for 6 weeks I think it is time to see the Doc'

It is common to not be symmetrical. The worry is about a twist or torsion off the testicle. This usually causes significant pain in the testes or abdomen, tenderness of the affected side and needs urgent surgery. However, your symptoms don't sound like that, but you should get it checked.
