I’m a mature circumcised man. Been done 50 years. My glans are very dry due to the head being exposed to the elements for so long. Any advice for suitable creams that actually keep the thing moist

Try coconut oil after your shower or E45 cream is also good because it has a thicker consistency so rubs in well

Vaseline is still my go-to if I get a bit dry down there. Vitamin E carrier oil is also pretty good and supposedly promotes penis health too.

I also use coconut oil, which is good for keeping the glans healthy and also keeps my foreskin moisturised and stretchy. After applying to my clean penis, i also use it on my hands. I've found my skin has gradually become generally drier the older I get (now age 74).
