I got ZSR on june 16 '24,
after 10 days my wound was open
I felt so afraid seeing the wound and swelling , i asked my doc, he said to apply ice, use a readymade ice/hot pack , u can get it from amazon.
keep applying when u wanna atleast 3-4 times in early 10-20 days
then after 20 days u will feel no pain , but hold on
day 32 my ring fell, my swelling is 89% gone , i had sex with my gf my god it felt soo good my soul left me lol just be patient i know the first 1-3 week will be hard but it will be beautiful post that. cheers guys, i did it cause of phimosis, u might have different reasons, just have good diet eat chicken and protein more , you will be good to go in a month,
