circumcision wound

today was my 18 day after my Circumcision and the day before / yesterday whenn i showered there was some normal oozing like pinkish and i just washed my penis w some warm soapy water like always but today when i woke up i noticed like a hole or a wound not sure? even though there was the same oozing and a tad bit of blood but nothing srs just mixed w the oozing even though there was no pain at all during the night before , and today , no yellow oozing or odor smell , and it was just a little swollen but not noticiable at first glance and just rly worried, evven though some of the other stitches have fallen off.

(updated its been 3 more days this is my 21 day , ive been using waarm salt water , it was due to an erection during the night , i have a question though do i just use warm salt water to deecrease the change of infection or should i use beradine spray)

I would follow the instructions you have been given by your doctor: each person is different.

Follow your doc's advice for wound care and consult with them about any concerns you might have. Also, make sure you use cooled boiled water with salt washes.

I’ve just left the hospital after my stitches popped quite late on but before the skin could heal. The underside is the worst area, needs a lot of attention, but the rest has started to heal ok. They said it was too far gone to do any operation work but should heal ok just will take longer. If you’re concerned I’d highly recommend to get checked out. Peace of mind. They’ll also check you for infection & check your blood.
