My foreskin is completely numb except for the tip which is affected by phimosis.My glans is very sensitive (possible caused by phimosis) and hurts a bit to the touch

Definitely go to doctors. The numbness is prossiby being caused by the inner lining of the foreskin hardening.

I'm pretty sure it isn't??? It has been numb for quite a long time and it doesn't seem to be.
