Hey Man, it could be time to visit your doctor you seem to have quite a severe case of phimosis. I'm sure it is quite uncomfortable for you. and you probably have tried stretching and it hasn't improved ?

I always wonder, if you take a very highly educated person who knows everything about the penis, and you make them encounter a case of pinhole phimosis, would it be possible to come out of that situation with a completely normal foreskin, with just stretching exercises? It doesn’t seem that difficult compared to foreskin restoration.

It’s so interesting how when a male gets circumcised, all the sudden he realizes all these things, he could not see when he was uncut.

So many men blindly go through a circumcision without even understanding the different styles and what they want.

with pinhole phimosis it can be very difficult and very painful condition to have. you can also have an underlying medical condition which is causing it. you would need to be assessed by a medical professional in some cases if you try stretching it would improve and your doctor may prescribe some steroid cream to help but it can take a very long time and a lot of dedication. unfortunately in some cases I think it does not improve in these cases they should consider circumcision and moving on with life.

Hi Mr.Mac, I am a international student in UK. And i did not realize I need a circumcision before. I want to know where can I get the surgery? Cos after I do some researches, GP might not provide the surgery unless it is a cancer or sth.

Hi Man, you really should have it checked with your GP first before you decide on having a circumcision. you may not need to have it with some stretching and perhaps some steroid cream you may be able to resolve your phimosis. If the GP recommend you do have a circumcision because it is causing you pain and discomfort they would refer you to a urologist. I'm not from the UK but there are plenty of private clinics if you decide to have it I would recommend you go with somebody with plenty of experience. some of the guys who have had it done on this forum went to Dr Khan and they seem to have very good results.
