hi I’m a week and had post op and I’ve just witness my penis gland has started to turn a blue colour. Is this normal ?

If you are in decent, white light and see a bluish discoloration, that is usually from poor blood flow. If painful at all, then head to er for evaluation. If not, can "observe" for a while to see if improves. If had any constricting device on it recently, observe for a few minutes and see if resolves. Otherwise, get it checked out.

Hey. Mine went blue/purple a few times after my op. I think it's normal as part of the healing process. Assuming you don't have any new pain?

nope no pain at all.. just thought it was weird considering it started to turn blue 2 weeks post op and it after the op

I had heavy swelling my penis was super fat and red bruised till at least a week or so started really healing. Eventually within a few weeks the skin will calm down .

I was told to soak the penis into a not hot but cozy warm salted water either in the bath or paper disposable cup of salted water or I'm told Epsom salts dissolved in water , it soothes fhe penis and helps heal the skin and scar .

Mine went blue , Six months in it’s still a little bluish but all as expected apparently.
