Hi first time posting here, I need some help with a infection ive been having for a couple months now I went to the doctor a few months back and they said it was balanitis but it hasn't gone away and I am starting to worry it might be something else. its been about 6 months now. it started off with some white spots around my head but now its spreading on my foreskin and all the way down my shaft and forming little bumps and like white lesions or sores. if anybody knows anything please help

it could be lichen sclerosus (BXO) which can be pre-cancerous. I would advise you to attend a sexual health clinic
