Hi bro. Most advice I've seen it to use bio oil and silicone gels (not at the same time)

Thank you for your advice how many times a day must i use it?

I like a little bit of coconut oil after my shower, when the skin is nice and warm. Sometimes at bedtime too if I've been swimming or anything.
