Irregular itchy spot under foreskin

Hi!

Sometimes when I ejaculate after masturbating, I notice an itchy spot (always the same small spot) underneath my foreskin.

It seems to be partially the skin itself, but also could be on the glans of my penis… I’m not sure what it could be, as I wash my penis gently every day, and have never noticed the itching at any other time.
