penishead reattaching to the swollen foreskin

hey guys. i am three days past my op, the penis has somehow swollen which they told me is normal but my main concern is that the penis head has started reattaching itself to the foreseen(swollen). any advice what i should do?

The condition you told is very rare on adult circumcision. After adult circumcision incision line has normally stitched or glued. There is no raw open skin that could attach to glans. Penile adhesion and skin bridges are symptoms of MGM as an infant and mainly caused by bad post-op care. You may ask your doc about your concern.

Daily wound care routine is good for your willy. If you have stitches on incision line:

Get a shower and let the water flow on to your penis > remove bandages > let the water flow again > dry it with non-woven pads or hair dryer > spread petroleum jelly or your doctor prescribed ointment > cover > repeat until the wound is healed.

With glue avoid to wet incision line and ask proper instructions from your clinic.

Is it reattaching or is it just dry blood making it stick ?

Try a short shallow bath in warm salt water. Just a 5 minute soak, no actual washing, then air dry.
