I’m nearly one month in and I have now pretty much healed and have been masturbating again for last 10 days or so. I know a little ahead of schedule of what most on here recommend but everything seemed to be in working order, not painful and I’ve been gentle.
It’s definitely been an odd experience and taking some getting used to, perhaps I need another post on that! (But so as not to scare, not reduction in pleasure at all).
However I’m noticing a strange bump/ridge under the shaft near where it meets the glans. In the picture, I’ve placed my thumb over where it is. It feels strange and out of place, and I’m not sure what it is or if it should be there.
Any ideas?

I just posted about the same thing. I’ve read that it could be the veins in knots from the surgery, but I’m not for sure. My next appointment is in a week so I’ll know for sure by then!
I have it too, but mine split in 2 pieces because the ridge band got caught under the glans when I was circumcised. The stretchy ness of the ridge band allowed the mohel to remove just about all the shaft skin on my penis. The underside of my penis has no shaft skin on it. You can see the ridge band on my penis and it is fused with the penal scrotal junction. As a result I went through foreskin restoration to extend my scrotal skin, so that part of my scrotal skin could act as the shaft skin. The ridge band and frenulum are highly sensitive. Unlike most circumcisions, which remove the sensory tissue, my circumcision left me with the sensory tissue, but eliminated the so called useless skin.
The ridge band doesn’t come off, unless the doctor removes it. If you look at my penis, you can see the tightness. Beyond my ridge band, you can see a very thin strip of tissue, which was where the cut was made. My scar line was created in the outer/shaft skin area. I have a picture from when I was 1 years old where you could clearly see the ridge band in 1 piece.
I am nearly one monrh of circumcision too ! And i have a little bumb like you near my gland and the skin is a little red! Look like it happen to a lot of poeple too. So, i think it is normal . We are still healing since it s not completly done ?
