hi I had a circumscion 6 weeks ago it’s healed good but when I get erected the ring of skin which is meant to stretch out doesn’t it just stays how it is and I can’t even stretch it out soft , anyone help on this or had it before ?

No it doesn’t stretch out probably so I cannot wank
What I mean is normally circumsized u should have the pink bit or scaring where it stretches , mine just stays like a ring and doesn’t expand when erected , mine just looks strange
