penis head red spot

I was having sex with my gf last night and right before I was about to ejaculate, I felt this one spot on my head of my penis (left side) start an irritation or kind of like a rug burn. When I went to shower I notice the same spot was red and bothered by warm water. Can someone help me out? My gf thinks I have an std but I personally think it’s like an irritation or skin to skin burn of some sort. Help! Read I can’t post pics of just my head?
