excessive saggy skin

Hello, Im 31 and I was circumcised a few years ago and the Dr messed it, the stitches opened up and I couldn’t get to him bc he was in Houston and I lived in New Orleans. I was left with a big scar, it was uneven and a lot of skin, I decided to spend more money and get another cut a revision but a different doctor it healed good and the cut the scar out and it was tighter, didn’t have no excess skin to cover the head that’s how I wanted it but after about a month later the excess skin can back i don’t get it I had 2 procedures and It still a lot of skin even when I get a bonner I can pull the skin almost half way over the head and I don’t like it I don’t think I can afford another surgery. I also have a lot of skin circumference wise. I don’t know what other option I can do to get it tight I been depressed about it for years and self conscious.

Careful as when erect don’t want it hurting tight

I had 2 circumcisions well a second one is called a revision and I can still pull it up over half way up my head when erect

Yes I had did that I kept telling them what I wanted but they said we recommend a loose one
