which cut is best to have if I need circumcision done due to grade 4 phimosis.

I would advise the low cut then it is not to tight when erect, also masterbation is easier. Finally I read a lot about loosing sensitivity due to the gland constantly rubbing on your underwear.

The low cut leaves a slight overhang on the head of your penis that covers the rim and protects from bubbing.

Wouldn’t a high cut mean more sensitive as there is more skin. The only issue is that apparently in the long term it can stretch and give unsatisfactory results and be more uncomfortable.

A low cut removes most of the mucosa where special erogenous nerves are located
