Since I was cut a few years ago I always use lube now otherwise it doesn't really work. Before I just did it normally I guess. Definitely a big difference between the two though

Before was more sensitive now it's dried out you don't feel as much. Took a lot of getting used to wasn't what I was expecting it to be like. I had a lot of skin removed that's also why it's not sensitive

now after being cut quite tightly, it's different for me now, I have to use lube, the foreskin sliding is replaced with friction between skin of my hand and glans.
overall, the sensation and stimulation is not as strong as it used to be, I'd say it's 20% to 30% less, but ejaculation/orgasm is more intense and stronger now.
about penis exercise, imo there's no harm in doing it. stretching penis may improve blood circulation resulting in stronger erection, thus your penis will look bigger and longer. sometimes it may stretch your pubic skin that the length that was "buried" will become visible, thus giving the effect of adding an inch or two.

it's stronger because the sensation is being focused on glans and part of shaft now, and the level of sensation allow me to stimulate myself longer, longer stimulation means stronger ejaculation/orgasm, I am loving it now.
back then my foreskin was too sensitive, just a minute of solid stroke would be too much for me to hold ejaculation, not enough stimulation, not satisfactory at all.

Since I was cut the orgasm following masturbation is the same or better, but the form of masturbation is different.
Pre circumcision I had a short foreskin which covered about half of my glans when flaccid and held by tight fitting underpants. If wearing no underpants then the foreskin would retract naturally and bunch up behind the glans. To masturbate I would just pull the foreskin forward much like others would.
Post circumcision masturbation uses the shaft close to the glans, with the resulting orgasm being the same or better. Other options are lubricant but I prefer dry. My circumcision was low and quite tight so there is not so much movement, but enough. For me I like the low style as the scare line is hidden.
As a child I had a foreskin but it started to retract (and stay partially retracted) more during puberty when I was 13. Prior to this I had a foreskin coveting the glans even when erect so it was strange to suddenly find my foreskin was too short. Not sure what the reason was.
