9 Days Post Circumcision - STITCHES!!!

Hey Gents, I'm on day 9 and the last of my stitches came out yesterday (Day 8) Not so much pain, alot of sensitivity on the head. Looks reddish on the incision line. Still a little swelling. Below the frenulum there seems to be like a small lump or bubble but i cant even wipe it with the salt water it just burns when i touch it. Not sure if its normal, still got 2 more days for my first follow up. Any ideas on whats next.
