2 streams post circumcision

4 months after my circumcision, things are improving as far as feeling comfortable in my underwear is concerned. Just some bumps on scar line to go down and I have bought some bio oil and will try that to help. My concern is that I am still peeing with 2 streams. The 2 ends of the meatus it looks like and nothing in the middle. I sit down to pee. Consultant said when i spoke to him 6 weeks ago was because it is dry but not sure what that means. Has anybody else have this happen to them and does it get back to normal?

Im 57, I had my operation back when I was 17, Ive always had, best described as, little idea where I was going to pee. Sitting down fine, urinal generally OK, but pointing at the toilet, little chance of it not going outside the bowl as well as in it.

It's almost 3 years since I had mine done and for the first couple of months, I peed in random directions, but it did settle down. During the procedure your penis gets manhandled and sometimes the meatus area gets a bit squashed so needs time to recover. Mine did also feel dry as the tip was rubbing against underwear, which it wasn't before. I used some lube on the meatus and gently parted the sides to get an even opening.Like you I used Bio oil on the bumps, but also rubbed E45 cream over the whole head to moisturise the skin

Totally normal process bro. After my surgery I had to sit for a while because my steams had a mind of their own. Didn’t even look like it was coming from the middle. But trust me, it definitely goes back to normal. And it’s been over a year and I am completely healed but I still sometimes have two streams and that’s completely normal for circumcised penises. Enjoy your cut bro 🤙🏾

You'll be fine, it took me about 9 months for everything (peeing/scar/sensitivity, etc) to settle down. He's had quite a trauma to get over - give him time

Coming up to 7 months surgery and stream is still the same i.e. not coming down the middle.

Additional issue i am having at the moment is that it hurts at the urethra opening like when I wake up and off and on during the day and after peeing. Anybody else experienced this after this amount of time from circumcision surgery?
