Psychosomatic or pelvic floor problem

When I have sex or masturbate (or after those) my body automatically tightens the pelvic floor muscles (constantly squeezing), many times and it's getting annoying, mostly because when this happens during sex or masturbation it destroys my erection. Any knows what this might be!?

some tightening around pelvic floor during orgasmic contraction is ok but if there is a spasm before ejeculation and that too discomfortable it could be psychological tension or organic check with yourself if it is likey to be psychological else consult a urologist

I have heard that too much/strenuous pelvic floor (kegel) exercising can do this, but I have no direct experience. Maybe massage it like you would any muscle in spasm ( but not during the act, at other times!)
