Swelling after circumsion

Hi, I had my circumsion done just over 9 weeks ago, everything has gone pretty smoothly looks like it’s healed well, my only concern is the swelling where I was cut just under the head of my penis I was told by the doctors it should go down within 2 months but it’s still pretty swollen, has gone down slightly but not much, just wondering if anyone has had the same and can give any advice, thanks

apart from that I’m really happy had it done due to phimosis and splitting of the foreskin and feels and looks so much better

it could just be scar tissue that’s still slightly swollen if I remember correctly mine was still a little swollen but seemed to subside after 3 months it was pretty normal again.
