sore spot on glans

I have a spot on the corona of my glans “ the rim “ this area is always in contact with my clothing . I have tried to reposition my penis but it will always go back to this position. I have used multiple creams prescribed by dermatologist and they all caused reactions. I was scared that it was a cancer in Situ but Drs say it is not that made me feel better but still need an answer . The spot is visibly red inflamed compared to the opposite side . I put vitamin D oil on everyday which helps a bit . I feel like want to try pshot but the cost is so expensive. Is there a product anyone has used on there glans to reduce friction irritation . Also does anyone else get thrombosed veins on cock after intercourse or masturbation .

Coconut oil does wonders for me on my glans and scar line. For me, it is mostly my scar line that gets irritated. Even after 21 months since the snip. Apply at least once or twice a day. It is best after you have had your shower. Also try wearing loose underwear, and give everything some room to hang around.

yes I am since birth .

That’s a possible cause. It could have been from ripping the foreskin from the glans.

Thanks. In the UK there is a similar technique. PRP - platelet rich plasma. I was offered it for a torn cartilage in the knee but never had it as the pandemic struck.

I get them when getting just a random erection , my urologist and Doctor don’t seem concerned, I am only concerned as they hurt a bit and takes a couple days to fully go down . This is worse if I go multiple rounds in activity this is bad when your hyper sexual 😬
