Think I feel a lump in my penis head

Hi all, recently I’ve had a little bit of pain when having an erection. More noticeable when tensing the penis when erect if that makes sense. I can’t remember doing any damaged or anything like that. With that being said alarm bells start going off and I gave everything down there a good check. When pinching the head of my penis around the mid- low section just before it meets the shaft, I feel something firm inside on the underside. I’m not sure what is it seems to prominent to be my urethra tube…. I have no idea. Anyone else have this? Or know what it is? Obviously the ‘C’ word is now in my head

Well I think you should visit your doctor, no point in guessing what it might be, the sooner you get it looked at the better it'll be.

Yup go to Dr. Make sure they order an mri or xray
