I need penis enlargement? Anyone who can help me my wife is not happy at all

I did see that you had a circumcision about five or so months ago.

To be honest, penis enlargement is a very controversial topic. Why do you think it is necessary? All surgery carries a risk, and I'd hope that neither you nor your wife would want any further procedures done to your penis unless it is a medical necessity.

I find it unfair that she said that to you because you have no control over the size of your penis the same as she has no control over the physical characteristics of her breasts or vagina. I suggest you talk to her and see if you can come to some sort of resolution without criticism or judgement. If that's not possible; you know you've at least tried. Finally, as a woman, I have always found that a man's size has nothing to do with the amount of pleasure he can give me. Perhaps she has some sort of insecurity about herself that she is projecting on to you. I wish you well.

Why don't you try a penis sheath or penis extender? You can get them virtually any size.

I agree with what others have said, pills potions and gadgets are expensive and have very little effect. Vacuum pumps have limited success and only temporary. As for Surgery ? No.

I can vouch for the use of extenders, best I found cost £10, rolls on like a condom adds about 3cm length and a some girth. We use this on rare occasions for a bit more fun. Don't go out and buy something BIG, I doubt if you wife will thank you for that !

Generally, it ain't what you got it's the way that you use it.
