Post circumcision scar care

I’m nearly 3 weeks in since my circumcision and all stitches have been out a few days, and it looks sealed up and I even masturbated gently for the first time yesterday.

I guess now is the time to take proper care of the scar line?

I have bought bio-oil and I have kelo-cote scar gel, any experiences on these? Not sure if I should wait longer. I read a lot on these forums about waiting 6-8 weeks, but my healing has been fairly quick I suppose. There’s bumps and swelling around the incision line and where the stitches were ofcourse still. But gradually decreasing.
