I think I have alot of problems with my penis, didnt know until now-help me

When i got SRE class at school most people were laughing or being disgusted by it. The teacher was quite vague and i didnt actually learn anything about haelthcare, only the activity of sex. My parents were also very conservative and never told me anything abouth any of this. My whole life, for 18 years i have been living with these problems thinking they were normal as i never knew any different. A few months ago i took up the courage to find out if there was something wrong with me (which there is), but it was so vague. These issues were likely caused by the fact i have never cleaned under my foreskin in my entire life as i never knew you were supposed to. Observations that could be normal but i have no idea are as follows:

-The tip of my flacid penis is a pinky/red sponge which is quite large

-The hole the urine/sperm comes out is jagged(the shape of a lightning bolt rather than a straight line)

-I cannot pull foreskin past the head of penis

-head of penis under foreskin is extremely sensetive and even just touching it causes pain

-My forekin always feels tight in an erection

-sometimes (Rarely), my penis can when growing in erection

-a small part and unnecessary part of my foreskin is attached to my penis right under the head

-recently my body started to shake when i reached full erection

There might be more but i dont know, some of the above might even be normal, im far to insecure to ask doctors for help so please give me some advice, i really need some.

Starting advice is simple - go see a medical profesional!

Look - I know how difficult and embarrassing it is to ask for help when it comes to your cock! I avoided it for many many years and wasn’t till I was 50 I asked a Dr for help! I now wish someone somewhere said what I’m saying to you and persuaded me to go sooner.

The Dr was not judgemental. They were helpful, understanding and sympathetic of my problems. It was me that had the problem in my head of being frightened to ask for advice - to them it was normal!

I had a referral to see a consultant urologist wishing a couple of weeks - and he too was brilliant.

I don’t know what treatment will be right for you as I’m not a medical expert. But getting it dealt with young has to be better than what I did. I was circumcised a few weeks after seeing the urologist and I feel better than I have for years! But for you it my be some stretching, hygiene advice and creams - I don’t know. But if it is surgery, I can also tell you it’s not that bad and it’s worth getting it fixed.

Now please please book an appointment and get your self checked out properly by someone who actually knows what it’s suppose to be like and can do something to help.

I agree with the previous answer as he's spot on. The doctor has seen it all before and is there to help, so don't be embarrassed. I can relate to a lot if what you are going through. I would get splitting on the foreskin or tears, on and off throughout my adult life. Sex or masturbation was often uncomfortable or a non starter. Later I developed skin lesions like you. I eventually forced myself to go to doctor as my sex life was non existent. After trying a few other things, I ended up with a circumcision to get rid of the problem. Take a deep breath and make an appointment.

U should be able to retract ur foreskin to completely expose ur head when flaccid or erect. If u can't it could be due to phimosis or balantitis which are 2 common minor issues that can occur from not being circumcised. Being circumcised Will correct both issues. Being circumcised doesn't hurt at all!! I'm 3o and was circumcised 2 weeks ago. Getting a cavity done at dentist hurts more and that doesn't hurt at all. It Is scary but u literally can't feel anything! Thank God!!The small piece of skin that attaches ur foreskin to penis on the underside is normal .

U shouldn't be that sensitive, but everyone is different maybe that's normal for or due to lack of exposure/ sexual activity.

The head of the penis is bigger than the the shaft and often but not always a lighter color.

It being red may be a sign of infection, or may be Normal for u.

You definitely should be cleaning it daily

But go to the dr just to get checked out. If ur a minor u can even go to planned parenthood and just tell them u want a free check up regarding sexual health
