3 weeks and a half after frenulum removal

I was circumcised some 25 years ago at that moment I didn't know the frenulum could be excised and it was kept by my urologist choice. After all these years being circumcised, the frenulum became swollen and painful after longer sex sessions, my urologist recommended to remove it, all went great but after 4 days two of the stitches ripped off during the night. Next day I called to my urologist and he told me to go immediately, he revised it and said let it heal by secondary intention and gave a gel to avoid queloids and a possible infection. So here I am at 3 and a half weeks since the stitches went off. healing has taken a lot of time in that are but the rest where the stitches remained, all went well.

Looks like it’s healing however will likely form a round pink scar that will fade. Keep it clean and dry, apple Vaseline twice a day

Hi it looks to be healing fine it will be slow when it's secondary intention but that's normal. you will probably have a scar and some hardness there but this will gradually improve. Keep it clean some salted water to wash maybe if you want to when it's healed up I'd use a little moisturiser.
