4 weeks post circ, size loss

Hi all! I recently underwent a circumcision (3 1/2 weeks ago) for aesthetic reasons. Pre-op I was 3” flaccid and 7-8” erect. I am noticing now that I have lost 2” erect and it’s giving significant mental concern. Any tips on skin stretching or thoughts related to giving it more time? Loved my size before.

This also happened to me, was 6, after surgery I was like a 4.5, and now I'm at 5.2. So it has come back a little. The growth didn't change til like a week or two ago though. I was almost having panic attacks, so I get you.

I saw my doctor today and he told me it wasn't possible and that I just thought it changed size. Told him I measured before and after lol. He had no advice, shocking really. I told him it was possible in instances that too much skin is taken, and he agreed.

I'm not too worried, but I've been using Bio-oil from the pharmacy. that has helped get things back to normal a little more. Though I'd be lying if I wasn't a little concerned.

Use bio oil and put it around the scar line to soften the skin there.

My op was April 28th

It takes awhile for the skin underneath the stitch line to heal, it's like I have a ring underneath the stich. do you have that too? Kind of like lumpy skin, but its been getting less lumpy

I was circumcised 18 years ago, my girth and overall length increased over months along with mushroom bulbous head. It’s still early days, give it time.. I’m now booked in to get my frenulum totally removed..

So perspective. I’m 3 weeks 1 day post circ. “Traditional Circumcision” procedure was completed. 38 year old male. This was a massive concern for me as I sit in the same range in size as you. At 3 weeks post I’m just now being able to maintain a fully (not kinda or sorta) erect penis without any pain from the scar/stitch area or over sensitivity from the Glans. My size has fully returned. Prior to this week I wasn’t able to maintain a full erection without pain and it definitely affected the length and girth by about an inch. I would take a breath for now and trust the process. Everyone heals at different rates and the factors that potentially play a role in size are going to be affected by the healing process

I personally know I heal faster due to TRT and other “supplements” I took leading up to my circumcision.

FYI for anyone reading… take a read into IGF1 levels and how they affect healing of wounds.

idk where you are but can you call the office where the procedure was done and ask them or do they have info on their website if they have one? Otherwise seeing a different doctor maybe could help. I believe it's well know that size decrease is a side effect. They should have gone over any risks and side effects or they weren't very honest imo. It's common here in the US for erections to pull tightly due to circ, tightening skin from the scrotum from what I'm familiar with. But all that being said, I do believe you may have to wait and see how things end up. Your body may not be completely healed yet. Perhaps after 8-10 weeks it will be fully healed. Perhaps an oil or ointment can help keep the skin supple for now.
