Severe swelling between glans and incision wound, need help

Hi, I'm new here. I had laser circumcision and frenuloplasty 5 days ago and was bleeding through my bandage. After removing the bandage on day 3, swelling started between my penis glans and the incision wound. The swelling grew into a huge donut around my penis and has a thickness of about a third of my glans. Also, my wound doesn't seem to be healing, there is still bleeding after washing. May I know if this is normal and are there any remedy for it?

Hi yeah that does happen especially if you've had a high cut the inner foreskin can swell a lot. I'd keep it bandaged to keep it slightly compressed I'd use a non adhering dressing with gauze wrapped around it for compression try keeping your penis in a upright position will also help drain fluid. If it very swollen I'd ask your doctor about it in case of a hematoma. It's also very important to keep it clean I used some salted water in a small bowl to help clean it and keep infection away.
