Have you tried tadalafil (Cialis)? Works great for me without the viagra side effects. 5mg every day means it’s always in your system and “ready to go”.

I got injections for mine from my doctor you just inject your penis at the base give it 10 to 15 minutes and hey presto and up it comes erections can last between 30-minutes an hour and a half or more speak to your GP about them you're probably need to be referred to the clinic first
