Cracks-like things on glans' skin

Hi,

I've been doing vacuum hanging for a little while now. it's a technique to lengthen the penis by, well, hanging weights to it. They are attached with a vacuum device that sucks on the glans. Since then, I've noticed some cracks-like things on my glans' skin (see imgur.com/a/TQgm4pQ for pictures). I'm concerned about them. I don't find them pretty at all. I would my glans to look normal, like it did before. Is there a way I can get rid of these cracks-like things? Maybe some cream?

You could try massaging in some coconut oil or E45 cream if you have that in Canada.
