Why the Pain in anus after anal fissure surgery?

I had a surgery for anal chronic fissure 10 days back but still I'm getting pain in anus while bowel movement.. so can I know the reason for it?

You’ve probably posted this question in the wrong forum. It’s not a penis issue. But when I had anal surgery a few years back, I was prescribed medication to soften any bowel movements to reduce pain. Are you taking anything for this? If you are not getting better, speak to your surgeon for advice.

All I'd say is 10 days is a bit early for it to have completely healed, it's a difficult part for the body to heal as you can't not use it for a couple of weeks!
