Sticky penis 3 months after circumcision

My penis is still sticky 3 months after circumcision. Sometimes when I sit down the circumstanced part tends to stick to my thigh and it's a little painful as it unsticks when I stand up. The pains really minimal and more annoying than painful. Is that normal and does anyone know a solution for this. Everything else is good.

There are two things that you can look for yourself

1. Penis is sticking to your body cz u sweat a lot. It has nothing to do with your penis

2. Does your penis leave any fluids. Is yes, This is something that you need to check with your doctor.

There were never any fluids left behindHowever the problem has stopped I guess time heals all
