Hi, everyone. After browsing here for a while, I've seen that most people here recommend using bio oil, baby oil or coconut oil on their scar line to smoothen it out and keep it hydrated. Is any of the options better than the other? I'm kind of hesitant on bio oil because of fragrance, since I have very sensitive penile skin.

There is more scientific study for silicone scar treatment than any oils you mentioned.

The most important thing is to use some treatment for several months post-op.
I've used virgin coconut oil and it's been fine, don't know how well it would work for healing scar away, but it works fine as a moisturizer w/o the fragrance & irritants.
Keep it natural I'd say. Go with virgin cocnut oil or Olive oil whichever fine after patch test.
