Recircumcision, Sex life experience after Frenulectomy

I had circumcision 2 month ago. But my doctor didnt cut my frenulum, left as it is. Even more my cut is quite loose, my foreskin still touches the head of my penis.

I feel like my frenulum is real tight now. The swelling in right side is still there, but not much as it was a week before. The swelling of penis has still not lowered like it should had.

Can i go for recircumcision with a little swelling within a week? Has anyone done recircumcision or frenulectomy? Please share your sexual experience after frenulectomy and what type of circumcision you had. How is recircumcision like and what would be its healing period?
