Scabbing below frenulum ripped off after circumcision, will this lead to major scarring in the future?

Hello, I got a circumcision 2 weeks ago and the scabbing that had been forming under the frenulum seemed to stick to my underwear this morning and I accidentally ripped it off when I took off my underwear, which has left a pretty wide cut in that area, it also led to some itching and around 10 drops of blood to drip out. Should I go check in with my doctor or leave it to heal on its own? Will it lead to major scarring down the line?

There will be a scar anyway. You will heal.

Part of the modern wound care is to cover the wound until the incision site is healed and there is no discharge anymore. A strip of paraffin gauze to contact layer prevents the woven gauze or underwear stuck into dried wound discharge.

Always the last bit to heal, my guess is it won't alter the scar anymore than if you ripped a scab off anywhere else, like your hand which we've all done but because it's your dick we all worry more. If it was me I'd put a Bandaid/Elastoplast around it until it's formed another scab or dried out
