The colour of the glans seems to have changed to bluish/reddish/yellowish in different parts throughout the recovery that I have seen in my case. Don't worry, it will be alright in couple of weeks. I got these irregular patches of colour gone from 3rd week. You should consult your surgeon only if there is pain. Good luck with your recovery.

Swelling will persist but will gradually reduce over time. My surgeon prescribed me chymoral forte TDS for 5 days and it improved the swelling. Have your stapler pins already detached as you have mentioned you are on the 3rd week post op?
